GPT-6 Astra 发布了。新模型出来以后，最先刷屏的还是跑分和各种能力演示。它怎样理解上下文和用户意图，什么时候继续推进，什么时候停下来确认，这些做事方式同样会影响实际体验。
可真轮到自己用，差别未必马上就能感觉出来。让它修改文件，它可能只给一套方案；让它处理一个长任务，做到一半又停下来；让它写篇文章，信息都对，读起来却还是一股熟悉的 AI 味。
OpenAI 这次把解决办法也写出来了。官方文档给出了 11 段可以直接复制的英文提示词，帮助 GPT-6 少停下来、少跑偏、少写套话。不同提示词负责解决不同的问题，碰到哪一种，就用对应的那一段。
我把这 11 段提示词按使用场景整理成了中文版本，后面同时保留官方英文原文。普通聊天中，也可以按需把选中的提示词和具体任务一起发送。涉及文件修改、部署、Skill、子代理和测试的条目，需要在 Codex、API 应用或具备相应能力的 Agent 环境中使用。
下面先从最常见的一类开始：怎样让 GPT-6 接到任务后继续往下做，直到把事情完成。
中文提示词版
一、主动性与持续推进
01｜让 GPT-6 主动把任务做完
适用场景： 希望 GPT-6 根据当前指令和对话上下文，自主推进多步骤任务，直到目标完成。
02｜“帮我……”就是行动请求
适用场景： 希望 GPT-6 收到“你能不能……”“我想……”“帮我……”之类的请求后直接开始工作。
03｜先准备成果，再请求批准
适用场景： 发布、部署、合并代码或写入外部应用前，先完成已经获得授权的准备工作，让用户审批具体成果。
二、指令遵循
04｜用户要求与 Skill 冲突时，听谁的
适用场景： 用户这次提出的明确要求与某个 Skill 的指导原则发生冲突。
05｜任务被 Skill 卡住时，说清是哪条规则
适用场景： Skill 导致 GPT-6 请求许可、暂停、留下未完成工作或偏离用户意图。
三、表达方式与写作风格
06｜先讲重点，把段落写连贯
适用场景： 希望回答以清楚、简洁的段落为主，只在确实方便理解时使用列表。
07｜根据读者背景控制技术细节
适用场景： 面向不同知识水平的读者解释技术问题，避免术语过多或过度简化。
08｜删掉套话、生造术语和重复总结
适用场景： 希望文章和回答减少模板化表达、无谓对比、含糊限定语与临时生造的标签。
四、子代理任务分派
09｜能并行的任务，交给子代理
适用场景： 当前环境支持多代理协作，而且独立分工可以节省时间或提高质量。
10｜代理消息也要写给人看
适用场景： 子代理交接任务、报告检查结果，或主代理整理最终回答。
五、测试与验证
11｜测试范围要与改动相称
适用场景： 希望低影响改动不过度补测试，同时确保必要测试确实能验证实现。

Use when: You want GPT-6 to infer the intended scope from context and keep working through a multi-step task.
Prompt 02｜Treat “help me…” as a request for action
Use when: You want GPT-6 to start working when the user says “can you…”, “I want to…”, or “help me…”.
Prompt 03｜Prepare the result before asking for approval
Use when: A deployment, publication, merge, or external write needs approval at the final step.
2. Instruction following
Prompt 04｜Resolve conflicts between user instructions and Skills
Use when: The user's explicit request conflicts with guidance in a Skill.
Prompt 05｜Name the rule when a Skill stops the task
Use when: A Skill causes GPT-6 to pause, request confirmation, leave work unfinished, or diverge from the user's intent.
3. Expression and writing style
Prompt 06｜Lead with the main point and write coherent paragraphs
Use when: You want clear paragraphs, simple language, and lists only where they genuinely improve readability.
Prompt 07｜Match technical detail to the reader
Use when: You need to explain technical material to readers with different levels of background knowledge.
Prompt 08｜Remove canned phrasing and invented terminology
Use when: You want less filler, fewer unprompted contrasts, and more direct writing.
4. Subagent task delegation
Prompt 09｜Delegate work that can run in parallel
Use when: The environment supports multiple agents and delegation can save time or improve quality.
Prompt 10｜Write agent messages for human readers
Use when: Agents exchange tasks or findings that a person may need to review.
5. Testing and validation
Prompt 11｜Match testing scope to the change
Use when: You want meaningful verification without unnecessary tests or repeated checks.
